About the event

Community Event with Jenny Armini and Sustainable Marblehead

The Green Homes and Buildings working group, in conjunction with Old North Church, will be holding a community event on Sunday, Feb 11th, from 1 to 3pm. Attendees will hear about:

1) State Representative Jenny Armini will speak on recent Massachusetts legislative actions and proposals addressing climate change and environmental protection.

2) Eileen Mathieu from the Green Marblehead Committee will provide a  summary of our town's Net Zero Roadmap.

3) Lisa Wolf (Marblehead Light Board Commissioner) and Mark Adams (Sustainable Marblehead leader) will present actions that property owners can take to reduce their carbon output.  A summary of the state, federal and local incentive programs will be covered.

The event will take place at the Old North Church Parish Hall at 35 Washington Street and is open to the community.  Parking is available at 8 Stacey Street.
